About us

130 Primrose is the trading name of Home Ground CIO, a registered UK charity (No. 1216156), operating at 130 Regent's Park Road, Primrose Hill, London NW1. Contact: hello@130primrose.org.

Reservations

  • Reservations are accepted via OpenTable or by contacting us directly.
  • We hold tables for up to 15 minutes past your reserved time. Please contact us if you are running late.
  • For groups of 7 or more, we may require a credit card to hold the reservation.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in exceptional circumstances. We will contact you as soon as possible should this occur.

Cancellations

  • We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows for large groups may be subject to a cancellation fee where a card has been provided.

Private dining

  • Private dining enquiries are subject to availability. Confirmation is not guaranteed until you have received written confirmation from us.
  • A deposit may be required to secure a private dining booking. Details will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations of confirmed private dining bookings should be made at least 7 days in advance. Deposits may be non-refundable for later cancellations — specific terms will be confirmed in your booking agreement.

Dietary requirements and allergens

Please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergen concerns at the time of booking or on arrival. Full allergen information is available on our allergens page and from our team. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any person whose conduct is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or offensive to other guests or staff.

This website is provided for information purposes. While we make every effort to keep information up to date, we cannot guarantee that all content is accurate, complete or current at all times. Menu items, opening hours and pricing are subject to change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
